Sticker Sticker has the following meanings:
sticker - a piece of paper that contains a side that is sticky.
sticker (weed) - the seed of a weed that grows in the plains states that has thorny spikes and sticks itself into hair or skin.
the parts of a mechanical-action pipe organ that transfer push. Stickers are kept short compared to trackers; otherwise, to avoid bending, they'd have to be thicker and thus more massive, slowing the action.
Bumper Sticker A bumper sticker is an adhesive label or sticker with a message, meant to be attached to the bumper of an automobile for the purpose of being read by the driver or passengers in other vehicles. They can be political, humorous, or in support of a team or other organizations. They may promote or attack a particular stand on any issue. Most bumper stickers are about 3 inches by 12 inches and are often made of vinyl. Due to the movement of a vehicle, they have to stick very well. However, there are some "easy to remove" bumper stickers and magnetic bumper stickers, occasionally made to be used as pranks by putting them on someone else's bumper. One way to remove a sticker is with penetrating oil. Bumper stickers are a popular way of showing support for a candidate for a governmental seat and become prevalent during election years.
Bumper stickers could not predate the introduction of the automobile bumper; the Ford Model T lacked bumpers to which bumper stickers could be conveniently attached, but the Ford Model A, introduced in 1927, had them. One online sourcehttp://www.bumprstickrz.com/bumperstickerhistory.html credits the current bumper sticker to Forest P. Gill, a silkscreen printer from Kansas City. The first bumper stickers appeared shortly before World War II; they were flag-like, and attached to the bumper by wires. Gill replaced the wire attachments with pressure sensitive adhesive, and as a result bumper stickers became more widespread and practical.

Sticker Art Sticker art is a form of graffiti in which the message is conveyed by stickers. Sticker art is most noticable in well-trafficked urban areas. Stickers may promote a political agenda (such as the anti-war and anti-George W. Bush stickers below), comment on a policy or issue (such as the MIT sticker below), or comprise an avant-garde art campaign (see This Is A Heavy Product and Obey Giant).
Sticker art is popular with teenagers and within the skateboarding subculture, due mostly to ready availability of supplies. Sometimes, unintentional sticker art can occur, with unconventional discards of free stickers, for example free stickers from voting booths, retail stickers, USPS labels, and stickers acquired from school drug-awareness programs. Sticker art is considered a subcategory of modern art.

Sticker Shock Sticker shock is the feeling of surprise or shock experienced by consumers upon finding unexpectedly high prices on the price tags (stickers) of products they are considering purchasing. The term is commonly thought to have originated with high automobile sticker prices in the U.S. in the late 1970's or early 1980's, as inflation and increasing government regulation of automotive safety and environmental issues greatly increased car prices.
Bill Stickers Bill Stickers was a brand of clothing in the UK in the 1980s with slogans such as "Bill Stickers is innocent", derived from a commonly seen notice in English cities saying "BILL STICKERS WILL BE PROSECUTED", as a warning to stickers of bills, otherwise known as fly posting.
Monroney Sticker In the United States, all new automobiles are required to include an official form listing certain information about the car; this window sticker is commonly called a Monroney sticker in the industry, named after Almer Stillwell "Mike" Monroney, the Oklahoma senator who sponsored the Automobile Information Disclosure Act of 1958.
The sticker is required to be affixed to the side window or windshield of every new car sold in the United States. A fine of $10,000 per vehicle is applied if the sticker is missing. The sticker is not required, and the act does not apply, for vehicles with a gross vehicular weight rating of more than 8500 lb.
The sticker must include the following information:
The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)
Engine and transmission specifications
Standard equipment and warranty details
Optional equipment and pricing
City and highway fuel economy ratings
