=Introduction= Pumbaa: Oooh! Our new ride is finally finished! Come on! Let's go in! =Part 1= Timon: Welcome to the Lion King Pridelands Adventure! Pumbaa: Yeah! And you're the very first riders! Ma: Oh, this is so exciting! Timon, I am so proud! I can't wait to see what you've made! Uncle Max: I've got a bad feeling about this! Timon: Oh, Thanks, Uncle Max! Always nice to have that family support, so warm, so friendly, so... (You slam into a painted door!) ...SQUASHED! (Camera zooms out to a crane camera) Uncle Max (Distant): Why are you making a ride when the real thing's right there! Timon (Distant): You know your problem, Uncle Max? You've got no vision (Spiritually)! (Camera on the Wildebeast Car) Uncle Max: I have a better vision if I wasn't squished into a giant, painted door! Timon: Ok, ok! So there's a few glitches, Keep your tails on! Pumbaa: Timon! I think you're sitting on the OFF button! Timon: I wondered what that was! (Doors finally open!) Pumbaa: Ok, everyone! Here we go! (You arrive in the jungle, ''Fake'' Timon and Pumbaa are swinging) Pumbaa: Ooh! Pretty colors! Ma: Oh, Timon, this is wonderful! Uncle Max: Not bad, actually. Timon: See, and you thought I wasn't ''cut out'' for this! Get it? ''Cut out''? Haha! (Switches to a camera facing Timon and Pumbaa and Ma and Uncle Max then switches back) (A ribbon waterfall appears with ''Fake'' Simba, Timon and Pumbaa dancing on the log bridge) Pumbaa: Ooh! Pretty! Ma: Oh, this is really exciting! (You arrive in a chamber with an automated Rafiki) Mechanical Rafiki: Look beyond what you see! So what are you going to do? Timon: Ok! Which way, folks? You get to choose. Left or right? Pumbaa: I think we'll pick the right, uh, no, uh, the left, uh, no, I forgot. Mechanical Rafiki: So what are you going to do? Ma: If I choose the right, when do I get to see the left? Timon: Just right it again

Jzhang/Virtual Safari 1.5/Real Virtual Safari

=Introduction= (Bugs are singing) Uncle Max: Oh no! No! No, I'll never get that tune out of my head! Ma: I think it's lovely! Look at that pretty grub! (The grub speaks very lowly) Pumbaa: Oh boy! (Singing continues) (The Music Jams (Badly) on "...a grub place..." repeating the section over and over again! The ride's stuck!) Pumbaa: Uh oh! Uncle Max: Oh no! Ma: Eh, Timon, Do something! Timon: I'm doing! I'm doing! Pumbaa! Look for the "Emergency" button! Pumbaa: How do you spell it again? Timon: AAAAA! Just push something! Pumbaa: How about this red one? Timon: No! Not that! (Music fast forwards, the car speeds to 50 KPH!) Ma: Oh no! Timon: I can't stop... ---- =Part 1 (The Real Safari)= (Outside the building, a camera captures the crew flying through a cement wall!) Safari

Both the French and the Dutch versions link to empty pages. Is this an instance of them linking to the wrong page, or should these references be removed. I doubt that there is a specific translation of ''Safari'' into one of these languages. --snoyes 06:58 Feb 21, 2003 (UTC) ---- I was thinking of adding:
  • a subscription service for electronic access to books; see http://proquest.safaribooksonline.com. However, this seems to be a bit commercial. Is this acceptable or not? I wanted to know what it was, and WikiPedia didn't have it, but I don't want WP to become a collection of advertisements for commercial products. In this case, it seems more informative than commercial, and the nature of the service (online access to information) seems in tune with WP itself. --Mike Van Emmerik 05:43, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)

    Safari Jacket

A safari jacket is a garment originally designed for the purpose of going on safari; the word "safari" entered English from Swahili in 1890. Popularized by turn-of-the-century Anglo African adventurers, safari-style jackets were engineered for comfort and function in the African bush. A safari jacket is commonly a light weight cotton, drill or poplin jacket, traditionally khaki in color, belted and may or may not have epaulettes (compare pictures), with four or more expandable bellows pockets. Safari jackets have been worn as mainstream casual clothing since the 1950s

    Safari Rally

The Safari Rally is held in Kenya and is considered by many to be the world's toughest rally. It first started in 1953 as the East African Coronation Safari and was held from May 27th to June 1st of that year in Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika. In 1960 it was renamed the East African Safari Rally and kept that name until 1973. In 1974 it became the Safari Rally as it was now to only run in Kenya. Since then its name has also included that of its sponsors (Marlboro Safari Rally, Trust Bank Safari Rally, Inmarsat Safari Rally... and others.) The event has been a part of the World Rally Championship calendar for many years until recently. It has been excluded from the WRC due to lack of funding & organisation. The Kenyan Government is trying to get the rally back in the championship. In 2003, 50th anniversary running of the East African Safari Rally took place. Yoshi'S Safari

''Yoshi's Safari'' is a video game made for the Super Nintendo in 1993. In this game Mario and Yoshi have to save King Fret and his son Prince Pine of Jewelery Land from King Bowser Koopa and his Koopalings. Unlike most Mario games, it is a rail-gun shooter, with support for the Super Scope light gun. In the game, Yoshi's head is always visible, and shooting at it causes a loss of health. The super scope could fire automatically, which quickly drained power, collecting fire flowers increased the amount of time that the scope could shoot before recharging. Although not a regular Mario game, there are a few milestones to be found here. For one thing, this is the first game where Princess Peach is referred to by that name in the US release, predating even ''Super Mario 64'' (which most fans seem to associate the milestone with). This game also marked the last appearance of the Koopalings until ''Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga'', released ten years later.
